    Returns and Exchanges Policy

    Please contact our store if you have additional questions not covered by our policies. You can call us directly at 1-800-599-2440.

    • Please use this form to receive a Return Authorization (RA #) number before returning any items. No items will be returned without a proper RA# issues by Hockey Plus.
    • Get a Return Authorization number here.
    • Please allow 1 to 2 business days for a response.
    • All Returns must be made within 60 days of the original order date.
    • No used or worn gear will be accepted.
    • There are no restocking fees when exchanging at Hockey Plus.
    • Customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns and exchanges: including from Hockey Plus to Customer and/or Customer to Hockey Plus.
    • If using Paypal as your form of payment, you will be responsible for the PayPal fees on the refund.  Paypal does not refund seller fees anymore so therefore the customer will be responsible paying these fees (only on refunds, not on sales which the customer keeps the products).  These fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
    • There are absolutely no returns on Jocks or Under Garments.
    • We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt. Please allow up to 2 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

    Hockey Plus believes in providing the best pricing available in the business. If you see the same in-stock product on another web site for a lower price, please call 1-800-599-2440 or e-mail us at info@hockeyplusinc.com. You will feel confident in knowing Hockey Plus has a no hassle policy for price matching. For any price matching, we do require the competitor to have the product in stock. Due to variable exchange rates, the competitor must be USA based company.
