- Every order submitted to Hockey Plus is subject to verification to ensure order accuracy and authorized payment. Hockey Plus may contact you via email or phone requesting additional information to validate your order.
- Hockey Plus must verify the bill to and ship to address as a measure to protect against fraudulent activity. Please submit your exact billing address and phone number in the same form that your credit card issuer has on file. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
- If your shipping address is different than your billing address, please advise your credit card issuer of the shipping address prior to ordering. By informing your credit card issuer about your shipping address, the card issuer or bank will use it for verification purposes only. While different addresses might not create any issue, it might delay processing and the recommendations above can avoid any such issues.
- PayPal orders will be shipped to confirmed addresses only. PayPal lists confirmed addresses as those specifically provided by the account holder or those addresses linked to the credit card on file.
- Upon placing your order, you should find a confirmation displaying an order number on the checkout page immediately after your order is submitted. In some instances, the order confirmation may not appear after the final submit button. However, we may have received the order but the server communication was interrupted. If this occurs, please contact us to verify whether your order had been received.
- You will also receive an order confirmation via email after completing your order online or by phone. An email address is required so that we may keep you informed on the status of your order. Please ensure that your Junk Mail folder and/or your Spam Filter allows e-mail from hockeyplusinc.com. Again, we will never share your email address with an unrelated 3rd party except as necessary to fulfill transactions that you initiate.
- Hockey Plus accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal (as well as any corresponding Debit Cards under those payment options.) Please note that the prices listed on HockeyPlusInc.com are in US Dollars (USD). Please contact our team sales department for all purchase order inquiries.
- For any Gift Cards purchased before November 2016 or not purchased through GiftFly. We ask that you contact our customer service representatives by telephone (800-599-2440) to use the non e-Gift Cards toward online purchases.
- We are unable to accept multiple payment methods for a single order through our website. For any orders for multiple items, please consider splitting the items you desire in to separate orders or purchase e-Gift Cards.
- Foreign transactions fees may apply to any charges drawn on international accounts. These are not charged by Hockey Plus and may be in addition to the grand total of your order.

Take advantage of our Free Shipping!
- For a limited time, we are offering free Super Saver shipping on all orders of $25 or more that are shipping within the Continental U.S. There are still a few restrictions, mostly based on weight or size. For example, these exclusions include bulk puck orders, nets or other equipment. Please contact us with any questions regarding our Shipping Restrictions on any orders you might consider to be larger size shipments.
- Note: We apologize for any inconvenience, but at this time our free ground shipping offer is not available for our customers in Hawaii and Alaska.
Processing and Shipping
- Orders placed before 2:00pm (EST) Monday-Saturday begin processing the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00pm (EST) Monday-Saturday and any orders placed Sunday begin processing the next business day.
- Most orders process and ship within two business days; however, please be aware that orders being shipped to a second address may take slightly longer to process and ship.
- Orders are shipped Monday-Friday.
- Most orders are shipped from Hockey Plus in Harrisburg, PA; however some special order, back-stock or larger items are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer.
- If your order is delayed for any reason, we will contact you.

- Delivery time and cost depends on shipping method and location. The following delivery options may be available, either free or subject to shipping charges based on weight, size or location:

- Due to manufacturer policies some items cannot be shipped outside of the U.S. Restricted products are noted and you will be alerted of any problems during checkout.
- Certain merchandise (usually due to size or weight) must be shipped ground delivery and therefore cannot be shipped outside the continental U.S. These items do not qualify for FREE Ground Shipping.
- We do our best to ensure that every package ships and arrives to its final destination as quickly and efficiently as possible; however, at times extreme or inclement weather such as snow and ice may impact our service and disrupt the transportation networks of our couriers. In those instances, packages are sometimes delayed as couriers may be unable to complete delivery. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding as we work with our dedicated couriers to ensure that packages are delivered quickly and safely.
